Dimlux and Opticlimate sold by The Climate Factory BV
This limited warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for the original purchaser purchasing from The Climate Factory BV and is only valid with a purchase invoice of the product that’s claimed for warranty/reparation in warranty.

Defective or Damaged products
If you find a defect in any product or if it arrived damaged from transit, please contact the Climate Factory BV via [email protected] immediately. Our team is available Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (excluding holidays) and is happy to provide step-by-step instructions on setting up a warranty claim as soon as possible.

We want to give you the best buying experience on the internet. If you experience an issue with any product, please contact the Climate Factory BV crew. Our team is ready online to assist you in diagnosing and solving any issue that you may experience when using a product.

If we are unable to resolve the issue via our support crew within a maximum of 48 hours, you may be entitled to a warranty claim insofar as they apply to warranties relating to products supplied by The Climate Factory BV, these Warranty Terms and Conditions are governed by and must be construed according to the law of Belgium and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Antwerpen.

What the warranty covers:
All labor and material expenses for covered items, but you must pay any shipping charges if it is necessary to return the product to the Climate Factory BV or to an authorized Service Center. If the repairs are covered under the terms of the limited warranty, the Climate factory will pay the return shipping charges.

In no event shall The Climate Factory BV or the authorized warrantor be liable for incidental or consequential damages, whether damages resulting from breach of express or implied warranties, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

*What the warranty excludes:
This limited warranty does not cover a by the Climate factory BV sold product that has been:

1. Damaged in transit or by an act of God;
2. Overload, abused, misused, or operated with faulty or unsuitable equipment, or contrary to instructions contained in the accompanying product manual;
3. Serviced by unauthorized personnel;
4. The serial number has been altered or removed.

Note:

The Climate Factory BV guarantees that every product offered through the web shop corresponds to the accompanying technical documentation.

The financial liability of The Climate Factory BV for the products offered through the web shop is limited to the purchase price of the product.

The Climate Factory BV accepts no liability in the event of death or injury due to an installation or use that is not in accordance with the manual enclosed or found on the website for the product or an application outside the usual field of application of the product.

The Climate Factory BV accepts no liability for any form of loss of income, loss of exploitation, loss of profit or contract, loss of savings, loss of time or for any other loss or indirect damage resulting from incorrect use of the product sold by the customer, regardless of this damage is the result of fault or negligence.
